Perfect Product but Bad Service I bought the 160cm shark plush, and it is perfect. It looks great, has the correct amount of filling, and even the teeth are soft—unlike other sellers, where the teeth are often sharp and need to be completely cut off. The service was nice but unhelpful. Due to a pricing error, I ordered the 160cm plush but received the smallest size. The seller didn’t admit the mistake and said the 160cm would be much more expensive. The new shark was more than 3x the price. They discouraged me from returning the wrong product, saying shipping would be too expensive. However, Alibaba's policies likely would have allowed me to get a full refund. I was looking for months for this product, so I don’t mind paying that much, but it still wasn’t right making me pay for their mistake due to their shop issue. Product: 5/5 – Perfect, just perfect. Service: 1/5 – Nice but unhelpful, misleading pricing issue, and unfair resolution. Overall: 3/5
